- داواکارین کە ئامێرەکانی فۆتۆگرافی و ڤیدیۆگرافیەکانی وەک (تابلێت، موبایل، کامێرا)لە ستۆدیۆ بەکارنەهینریت
- فۆتۆگرافی ئێچ دی بەرپرسیار نییە لە کوالێتی چاپ/بەرهەم کە لە ڕێگەی ئیمەوە داوا نەکراوە

TERMS & CONDITION
- Copyright of all images and Videos created during the session belongs to HD Photography.HD Photography reserves the right to use the images and Videos created from the session on social media accounts, websites, etc., If you prefer to keep your images private, Please inform us at the point of booking or while in the session.
- We seek clients’ cooperation to put their photography/video devices (eg. tablets, phones, cameras) away while in session.
- HDPhotography is not liable for print/product quality that is not ordered through HD Photography
- All orders must be paid in full in advance.
- Images must be approved within 30 days from the session after which, the photos will be placed into the archival system for a further 30 days. HD Photography shall be released of any responsibility or liability for the safe-keeping of the images after 60 days. Images will be purged after 90 days.
- We agree to be contacted in the future for news and promotion by HD Photography and its partners and I understand that I can opt out anytime.
Punctuality and rescheduling policy:
- We value our time as well as yours and to offer you the best experience, ensure everyone arrives at least 10 minutes ahead of schedule. By arriving slightly earlier, it allows your family to settle in and children to warm up before the session for best results. In the unfortunate event that you would need to arrive later than your scheduled time for whatever reason, your shoot will be shorter and result in lesser deliverables. An extension may not be possible due to our/studio’s scheduling.
- In the unlikely event that clients are late for more than 25 minutes from the booked time, regrettably, the session will be canceled and paid session fees will be forfeited.
- Reschedule is possible if necessary but would appreciate advance notice as much as possible. Reschedule is subject to the studio’s availability.
- We would appreciate it if clients let us know if they need the final products by a certain date at the time of booking so we can advise on the possibility of meeting the expected date.
- We seek clients’ cooperation to put their photography/video devices (eg. tablets, phones, cameras) away while in session.
Deliverables
- Editing/enhancements of your approved images will take 10 working days.
- Express orders may be available at extra cost (subject to availability).
